When you are a 32 year old 14 stone bloke your old BMX doesn’t quite ride the same as it did when you were a skinny 8 year old. For this reason my Andy Ruffel Team Burner had today been fitted with a lay back seat post and some new (rare!) white brake blocks. I can see your jealous drool from here…

I always thought my mate Ste Beef to be a normal bloke. The kind of bloke who likes chicks, cars and beer… and a good kebab or curry at the end of the night. This being the case I wasn’t too shocked and amazed on The Vic (poor quality pub in Lostock Hall) on Thursday night when he announced he was ‘starvin man’ and had to ‘go and get some grub’.
The suprise came when he admitted he wasn’t going to the Tandoori or the kebab house, he was going home for a plate of asparagus!
